The 1st Lt. David Richard Reynolds Headquarters Chapter was for organized in March 2024, Held our first Zoom Meeting on March 18th and was officially Charter on August 17, 2024.
The follow Members were Charter Members of the 1st Lt. David Richard Reynolds Headquarters Chapter, Descendants of Confederate Veterans.
